How a job is agreed.

Quotes are based on what you describe and what we can see. If the pile, the access, or the material is different on site, we stop and re-quote before continuing.

Trailer rentals include the delivery and pickup window we agree to. Extra days, overweight loads, or prohibited material can change the price. We will say so before we change it.

You are responsible for marking utilities you know about and for telling us about pets, locks, and anything we should not touch. We are responsible for the haul we agreed to and for leaving the work area picked up.

These terms are the everyday rules of the yard, not a substitute for a written work order when a job needs one.
