Robert Crosby puts small demolition on the same list as junk removal. If a shed, a porch deck, or an interior has to come apart before the space is usable, the crew brings the machine and the truck.
This is not a commercial wrecking contract. It is the outbuilding, the rotten deck, the kitchen that has to be gutted, and the pile that should not still be there tomorrow. The excavator loads it. The truck takes it.
If the structure is bigger than a small crew and a mini excavator should touch — a full house, a commercial building — we will say so before anyone swings a bucket.
