What homesite clearing actually includes on Upstate red clay
Trees, pads, and haul-off — a plain description of land clearing and grading from a Honea Path crew.
A vacant tract in Anderson County does not become a homesite because someone walked it with a ribbon. It becomes a homesite when the trees that threaten the future houses are down, the pad is shaped, and the slash is gone.
Warrior Waste’s clearing work is that sequence: push the woods back, grade the clay, and haul what cannot stay. The crew has graded pads for more than one home on a tract and pulled trees that would have landed on a house in the next hard storm.
What it is not: a landscaping refresh, and not a promise to engineer a subdivision. If your builder needs compaction tests or a sealed plan, that is their surveyor. We make the ground match the work that comes next and we take the debris with us.
